Our main dining room is filled with glazed Aegean pots, antiqued mirrors, and luxurious banquette seating. Here you will be offered Mediterranean-inspired dishes bursting with flavour alongside our carefully chosen wine list.
Our chefs are passionate about offering dishes that reflect the seasons; as well as using the best produce that they can source. An ethos that is very much at the forefront of our business. All our food can be traced back to our small-scale, award-winning producers who all adhere to exceptional standards. Our seafood comes directly from Celtic Fish & Game in St Ives, slow-grown, additive-free reared chickens from our neighbours, Fosse Meadows in Leicestershire and the lamb & and beef come straight from our farm in Great Easton.
